You can be confident Darren knows his stuff when it comes to insurance. Darren has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, has completed the New Zealand Diploma in Business specialising in insurance related papers, and has completed all the requirements of the National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial advice level V). The requirements of the National Certificate in Financial Services (NCFS) have set a new insurance industry bench mark and has placed Darren well for providing sound advice to his clients going forward.

To keep on top of things Darren also regularly attends insurance industry training courses.

In his spare time he enjoys making the most of the wonderful outdoor lifestyle that the Bay has to offer. Some of the many activities he enjoys include swimming, kayaking, going on bush walks and biking.

And if after all this he has some free time Darren enjoys fishing (kayak or boat), karate, gardening, travel and is involved in coastal protection work within the Bay of Plenty.

Carolynne joined the TBM team in 2017 as admin support. She has worked in a variety of client-facing and business development roles including managing an insurance claims team in the UK as well as a directorship in an educational consultancy business

In her spare time, Carolynne enjoys fishing with her husband, catching up with family & friends and relaxing with a nice glass of wine.
